1 Program Overview

The Sheesh Lift is our community support initiative. It offers a free, one-time internal home clean to a selected nominee who may be going through a difficult time.

2 Nominations

• Nominations must be submitted through the nomination form.
• The nominator should provide honest and respectful information.
• We review all nominations.
• Submission does not guarantee selection.

3 Selection

• We may select one nominee each month where possible.
• Selection is at our discretion.
• We may contact the nominator for more details before confirming.

4 The Clean

The clean may include internal areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and general tidy-up. The exact scope will depend on the home, access, safety and what can reasonably be completed.

5 Access and Safety

• The property must be safe to enter and clean.
• We may decline or reschedule a clean if the property is unsafe.
• We'll discuss access details before the clean.

6 Privacy

We only use information provided in the nomination form to review and organise The Sheesh Lift. Sensitive personal information should only be shared if the nominator is comfortable doing so.

7 Changes to the Program

We may update, pause or change The Sheesh Lift program at any time.
